Coats病，即外层渗出性视网膜病变。多见于男性儿童，女性较少，少数发生于成年人。视网膜毛细血管扩张和渗出性视网膜病变是成人Coats病的标志性特征，FFA是诊断Coats病的金标准，成人Coats病应与其他产生视网膜血管病变和较多渗出的疾病相鉴别，其中包括炎症性疾病，如Eales病、血管炎和胶原血管病，伴有较多脂质渗出的糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜分支静脉阻塞、特发性中心凹旁毛细血管扩张症等等。 本次研讨会中，来自沈阳何氏眼科医院的张彤彤医生同大家一起探讨和分析了成人Coats病的诊疗体会。
